We are proud to announce that Aviva Pools USA named our recent College Grove, Tennessee, project its October 2025 “Pool of the Month” winner. The design included an 8-foot deep Vita 40 fiberglass diving pool in Gibraltar Grey, complemented by the luxurious Oracle Spa and an expansive TL-XL tanning ledge. The pool, spa, and tanning ledge were surrounded by a Sonance Mag 6.1 channel sound system that streams Spotify or projects the sound synchronized to their 138″ motorized retractable outdoor theater screen. With the Elite rear-view projection screen and an Optoma 5500 lumens projector, they have turned their pool zone into an outdoor theater, perfect for evening swims and S’more hangouts by their natural gas fire-pit table. Accessorized with Polywood chairs and loungers and two 10-foot cantilever umbrellas from Midtown Umbrellas, this family can’t wait for summer to get here.
Zoned off by natural Italian marble coping surrounding the pool with raised Italian marble planters to add sophisticated touches to the design, the planters and surrounding landscaping was designed to attract the pollinators. Hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees will be featured as invited guests to their summer soirées. Finally, two Bromic tungsten heaters were added to the back porch for those cooler nights when it seems warmer to stay in the pool than to get out. With a Bluetooth controlled towel warmer, a quick run to the back porch to dry off with a warm towel under these heaters will be the final touch on a perfect evening.
All of these features were provided in the initial design by Poolooza Designs and built with optimal function and utility in mind for this family. What was unexpected was the health benefits that came very quickly following the completion of the build. As described in Aviva Pools press release, the husband who has committed to swimming laps regularly and nightly stints in the hot tub has lowered his A1C numbers considerably, even through the beginning colder temperatures of the late spring and winter months. Working with our industry partners, the build started the first week of August and was completed in less than 60-days later, just in time for the twins’ 18th birthday party.
